At the end of your trial, your credit card will be charged. However, you have 60-days from when you created your account to receive a full refund.
Yes, you can cancel at any time by visiting the Settings in the app. If you cancel within the first 60 days from when your subscription started, you will receive a full refund to your credit card on file. Note, we do not provide pro-rata refunds.
If you cancel your paid account within 60 days from your subscription start date, we will provide you with a full refund to your credit card on file. We do not provide refunds after 60 days and your account will stay active until the next billing cycle.
Once you cancel your account, we will automatically remove all data on our servers related to your account, including any Jobs, Proposals, Templates, Profiles and other information we have collected for you in the tool.
You will not be able to send proposals for the month or add additional profiles. However, you can upgrade your account at any time to remove these limits.
